Ingredients:

· 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
· 1 cup fresh spinach
· ¼ cup peas
· ¼ cup artichoke hearts
· ¼ cup beets
· ¼ cup asparagus, roughly chop
· ¼ scallions, roughly chopped
· 2tbs fresh dill
· 2tbs fresh cilantro leaves
· 1tbs olive oil
· 1 clove garlic
· 1tsp nutritional yeast
· 1 tsp salt
· Juice of 1 lemon, plus zest

Instructions:

1. To a food processor add yogurt, spinach, peas, artichoke hearts, beets, asparagus, scallions, dill, cilantro, olive oil, garlic, nutritional yeast, salt, lemon juice and zest. Pulse until well combined. Season to taste.
2. Serve as a dip with fresh vegetables and John Wm. Macy’s Original Cheddar Cheesesticks, and enjoy!
