Ingredients:

· 4 tilapia filets
· 2 tablespoons olive oil
· 3 cloves garlic, minced
· Juice of one lemon
· 1 tsp salt
· 1 tsp pepper

Asiago Aioli:

· 1 cup mayonnaise
· 1 tablespoon lemon juice
· 2 cloves garlic, minced
· ½ cup asiago cheese, shredded
· ¼ cup crushed Asiago & Cheddar Cheesecrisps
· Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

1. To a shallow bowl, add the olive oil, minced garlic, lemon juice, salt and pepper. Mix well. Once combined, add your tilapia filets. Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
2. Preheat grill to medium heat. Once heated, place your tilapia filets over the heat source. Cook for about 4 minutes per side.
3. While the tilapia is cooking, prepare the aioli. In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise, lemon juice, garlic, asiago, and crushed cheese crisps. Whisk until combined. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
4. Once fully cooked, remove your tilapia from the heat, and top with your asiago aioli. Serve warm.
