Ingredients:
· ½ cup butter
· 2 large onions
· 4 stalks celery
· 3 boxes roughly broken John Wm. Macy’s Rosemary & Cheddar Cheesecrisps, (about 4 cups)
· ½ tsp rosemary
· ½ tsp black pepper
· ½ tsp ground sage
· 1 cup chicken broth
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
2. Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Once melted, add onions and celery. Cook until tender.
3. Remove the skillet from heat and stir in the cheese crisps, rosemary, pepper, sage, and chicken broth. Mix well.
4. Transfer mixture to a greased 9x13 baking dish, and cover with aluminum foil.
5. Bake for 40 minutes, or until heated through. Serve warm.
